Mattia Lettieri was born in Milan in 1970. He is married with five children. He was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2001. He is licensed to advocate before the higher courts. He founded with Francesco Tanca Lettieri & Tanca law firm in October 2005. He is a member of LAF (Libera Associazione Forense). Mattia is fluent in English.                                                                                                                                                                     .

Mattia Lettieri graduated from the Catholic University of Milan in 1996. After graduation he started his professional practice specializing in labour law.
He worked with KPMG from 1997 to 2002 drafting employment contracts, delivering opinions related to the formation, management and termination of employment contracts. He represented leading companies in litigation cases. He worked with Janni, Magnocavallo, Brescia, Fauda ed Associati law firm starting in 2003, leading the labour department of the Milan office.
He founded Lettieri & Tanca law firm with Francesco Tanca in October 2005.
Mattia Lettieri specialised in agency agreements, industrial relations, company restructuring, organization schemes, health and safety in the workplace, secondment of Italian employees abroad or secondment of foreign employees in Italy.

Francesco Tanca was born in Milan in 1971. He is married with four children. He was admitted to the Milan Bar in January 2000. He is licensed to advocate before the higher courts.He founded, with Mattia Lettieri, Lettieri & Tanca law firm in October 2005. He is a member of AGI, the Italian Employment Lawyers Association, and LAF (Libera Associazione Forense). Francesco is fluent in English.                                                                                                            .

Francesco Tanca graduated from the Catholic University of Milan in 1996. Following graduation he worked for the university as an assistant researcher in the Private Law Department. He started to work with Professor Francesco Realmonte and Professor Paolo Tosi in 1998 specialising in labour law, industrial relations and social security also in the public sector, conducting litigation on behalf of leading companies before employment tribunals.
He founded his own law firm in 2003 and, together with Mattia Lettieri, later founded Lettieri & Tanca law firm in 2005. Currently he teaches labour law at the MIP Polytechnic of Milan at the Graduate School of Business.
Francesco Tanca’s expertise is in labour law litigation, company restructuring, staff reduction procedures, as well as managing employment contracts with senior managers and executives.

Simone Brun was born in Isola della Scala (VR) in 1968. He has two children. He was admitted to the Verona Bar in 1997. He is licensed to advocate before the higher courts since 2011. He joined Lettieri & Tanca law firm as senior counsel in November 2019. He is a member of AGI, the Italian Employment Lawyers Association and he is a member of Domenico Napoletano National Studies Centre of Labour Law (Centro Nazionale Studi di Diritto del Lavoro Domenico Napoletano). Simone Brun is fluent in French.
After attending Liceo Maffei in Verona, he graduated cum laude at the Catholic University of Milan in 1993.
He started to work with Giorgio Musio in Verona and, in October 1993, he started to work with Professor Pier Rodolfo Menichetti in Verona. Later, starting in January 1997, he worked with Toffali-Capuzzo law firm in Verona, specialising in labour law, industrial relations, social security and agency contracts undertaking consultancy and conducting litigation.
In January 1998 he set up his own law firm working also with other attorneys, tax experts and labour law consultants.
He was a partner of Menichetti law firm in Verona from December 2017 to October 2019; he is also a member of Pavlex, a multidisciplinary network of law firms.
In November 2019 he started to work as senior counsel in Lettieri & Tanca law firm.
Simone Brun mainly works with highly innovative small- and medium-sized enterprises, based in North-East Italy.
As a result he is able to envisage and implement strategies consistent with the specific labour law needs of such enterprises. He has significant experience in work organization dealing particularly with supply chains and enterprise networks.

Federica Pagani was born in Milan 1971. She is married with six children. She was admitted to the Milan Bar in January 2002. She joined Lettieri & Tanca in 2010 and she was appointed partner in 2016. She is a member of AGI, the Italian Employment Lawyers Association. Federica is fluent in English.

Federica Pagani graduated from the Catholic University of Milan in 1996.
She has also been research assistant at the Department of Private Law of the Catholic University of Milan.

She worked for Sciumé & Associati law firm from 1997 to July 2010, specialising in litigation and consultancy relating to labour law and agency contracts.
She joined Lettieri & Tanca in 2010 and she was appointed partner in 2016.

Federica Pagani has acquired expertise in labour law and social security litigation and she currently also advises on employment contracts involving managers and senior managershigh value executives and managing directors termination cases.high value executives and managing directors termination cases..

Vincenzo Casella graduated from the Catholic University of Milan.
He worked for leading law firms specializing in labour law from 2000 to 2008. He worked in NCTM law firm in the labour department under the supervision of Franco Toffoletto and later from 2001 to 2008 with Chiello e Pozzoli law firm (former known as Fabbri e Associati) specializing in labour law litigation, industrial relations, social security and agency agreements. He was the head of the labour law department of Agnoli e Giuggioli law firm starting from June 2008. He joined Lettieri & Tanca law firm as partner in 2014.
Vincenzo Casella has significant experience in labour law litigation and in industrial relations. He currently also advises in relation to employment contracts involving managers and senior managers.

Lorenzo Romano graduated from University of Catania in 1998. He got a master degree in tax law from INFOR – Scuola di Formazione S.p.A. – Assago (MI). He specialised in tax law, company law, insolvency law and in labour and social security contribution law. He worked with KPMG from 2000 to 2003 in the tax law department dealing with legal and tax issues relating to Italian employees seconded abroad and foreign employee seconded to Italy. In 2004 he joined as a partner Cacopardo law firm, Catania. In January 2011 he founded Lorenzo Romano Tax and Law Firm.

Lorenzo Romano specialised in corporate’ tax and in litigation relating to tax law, labour and social security contribution law. He also specialises in company restructuring and organization schemes.

Lorenza Acquarone
